Ethnobotany in Peace Corps Master’s International Programs.

Peace Corps Master’s International Programs allow students to combine graduate school with two years of Peace Corps service. The research conducted by students in the program covers a wide range of academic disciplines and research in ethnobotany is one option available to participating students. The design and implementation of research programs in combination with Peace Corps has advantages and disadvantages for both students and universities participating in Peace Corps Master’s International Programs. This talk with cover the advantages and disadvantages using specific examples from projects conducted by students.
